Belle Journée operates a bakery point-of-sale and online ordering platform. By using our platform, website, or SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SMS Messaging Program (A2P)

Belle Journée offers an SMS messaging program for customers who choose to opt in. The following terms govern that program:

• Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (online, in store, or by texting our keyword), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Belle Journée. Consent to receive marketing/promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Program description & message types: Depending on the consent you give, you may receive transactional messages (order confirmations, pickup and delivery notifications, account or customer-care replies) and/or promotional messages (offers, new products, and events).
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the messages you opt in to.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by texting our keyword or signing up again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at help@bellejournee.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers: The program is available on major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change without notice.

Mobile Information & Privacy

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or lead generators. We may share information only with subcontractors and service providers (such as our SMS platform and customer-support providers) that perform services on our behalf and solely to operate the messaging program. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date.
